Refund Policy

We try to ensure you always get the right product, but in special cases, a refund may be issued.

Refunds are available if:

The product is out of stock after you placed your order.

The wrong item was delivered, and exchange is not possible.

The product arrived in damaged/defective condition, and replacement is not available.
